Natural Solutions is an innovative company specializing in information technology. We create modern digital tools, allowing responsible management of our future. Since its creation, our company has been engaged in research in eco-informatics (or Biodiversity Informatics). Our reason for being: to put the best of technology at the service of biodiversity players.

Natural Solutions joins the efforts of naturalists by placing the entire scientific process at the heart of its business, namely:

-           Data acquisition: field tool, mobile entry.

-           Structuring: database and GIS.

-           Promotion: web communication and mapping.

For its main client, Natural Solutions ensures the maintenance and development of many tools in its application ecosystem intended for its conservation project for a species of bird (breeding and monitoring), on several sites around the world.

 Missions

Under the responsibility of the Deputy Director of Natural Solutions, you will be in charge of:

-       Guide the design of web, desktop or mobile applications by framing and steering a portfolio of projects;

-       the quality of the IT products developed;

-       contribute to the improvement of business and development processes;

-       setting up and monitoring the proper functioning of the IT support helpdesk for users;

-       monitoring of invoicing / quotation.

-       Management of the backlog of the various products and prioritization;

-       collection of user needs;

-       validation of design / development increments;

-       demonstration to customers of the increments produced;

-       drafting of supporting documents and activity reports;

-       realization of development roadmap;

-       drafting of deliverables (specifications, specifications file);

-       drafting of quotes and invoices;

-       animation of internal meetings and with clients;

-       animation of tests and application recipes;

-       implementation and use of project management tools;

-       planning management;

-       management of human resources and workload.

 Requiered skills

- Mastery of a web language;

- good knowledge of databases, ideally on SQL-Server;

- good knowledge of Office (in particular Access);

- sense of service to users;

- mastery and practice of scrum fundamentals;

- knowledge of algorithms, object-oriented programming;

- ease with technical, application and functional aspects;

- knowledge of the main operating systems.

The successful candidate will have at least the bac + 5 level, ideally an engineer and will justify a first experience in web development followed by recent experience as a Product Owner in the management of IT projects in agility (scrum ideally).

An initial training with dual competence in biology or ecology or agronomy or agriculture AND IT is a big plus. 

Dynamic, curious and motivated, you have the interpersonal, editorial and organizational skills to work in a multicultural team. You demonstrate rigor, you have a spirit of synthesis and are autonomous while knowing how to work in a team.

A sensitivity for environmental issues is a plus, as well as a strong desire to join a company with committed, young, dynamic and passionate employees who work on exciting projects.
